About

Carolina Custom Models is a small shop in North Carolina making high-quality 3D-printed HO scale models, plus custom fabrication work.

What we make

Our models are designed in CAD and printed in small batches, with the detail where modelers look for it: full interiors, detailed shells and chassis, and the fittings that make a prototype recognisable at a glance. Precision and detail go into every model, not just the ones in the photos.

The Talgo Series VI

Our first production run is a complete 13-car Talgo Series VI set, from the Power car’s batwing end to the Baggage car. Every passenger car gets its own interior insert, and every joint rides on a functional rodal. Meet the cars.

Why reservations

Small batches mean every run is sized to real demand. Reservations tell us how many sets to make before production starts, which is why reserving is free and commits you to nothing. If the run fills up, the waitlist tells us how big the next one should be.

Custom work

We also take on custom fabrication. If you need a part, a model or a detail that nobody makes, email with the scale, what it’s for, and any drawings or photos you have.
